In Q1, the developer focused on the fourth development phase of Greenfield Băneasa with the first 544 apartments, while completing the last 130 apartments of Luxuria Residence. Also, it continued the construction works on the first 209 apartments and 18 villas within Boreal Plus residential compound in Constanța.
