Most Romanians who worked more from home in the past 18 months want to return to the office, citing the lack of socializing with the colleagues as one of the reasons, according to a new survey commissioned by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. 

Element Industrial Founder Ionuț Dumitrescu and Sacha Dragic, the Founder of Superbet Group, have launched a new joint venture in the industrial and logistics sector. The development company will be formed through the association of ELI and D Craig Real Estate, the property division of D Craig Holding, controlled by Sacha Dragic.
