NEPI Rockcastle has opened its second large greenfield photovoltaic park at Ariceștii Rahtivani (Nedelea), north of Bucharest, bringing its in-house renewable energy capacity to approximately 31% of its total electricity consumption by the end of 2026. The park is part of the company's €100 million green energy investment programme and is located on a 75.5 hectare former mineral aggregate extraction site in Prahova County.

Banca Transilvania and PKO Bank Polski have signed a mutual client referral agreement to support Romanian and Polish companies seeking to expand across both markets. Romania's industrial and logistics market continued to expand in the first nine months of 2026, with modern stock reaching 8.17 million sqm by the end of Q3, according to the Romania Industrial Marketbeat Q3 2026 report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. While four to five days a week in the office has become the norm in Latin America (46%), Asia-Pacific (41%) and North America (38%), the most common pattern in Europe remains two to three days a week, with 41% of EMEA employees following this model. That said, the share of EMEA employees attending four to five days a week has nearly doubled since 2024, rising from 15% to 26%.
