Impact Developer & Contractor has started the works on the first 3 blocks of the Boreal Plus residential compound in the north of Constanța. The enterprise contract worth €9.5 million was concluded with the construction company Premium Invest Concept.
The initiative of the company, to sell part (16,806 sqm) of the land allocated to the Boreal Plus project to the Kaufland retailer is a premiere on the local market. This is part of the new residential development strategy through which Impact facilitates residents' access to the most important retail services and leisure activities.
At the beginning of September, Boreal Plus received the construction permit, and this month Kaufland also obtained this permit, so that both projects can start the construction works. The value of the contract is €9.5 million and provides for the construction works necessary for the turnkey delivery of the first stage of the ensemble.
