Impact Developer & Contractor has started the works on the first 3 blocks of the Boreal Plus residential compound in the north of Constanța. The enterprise contract worth €9.5 million was concluded with the construction company Premium Invest Concept.

The initiative of the company, to sell part (16,806 sqm) of the land allocated to the Boreal Plus project to the Kaufland retailer is a premiere on the local market. This is part of the new residential development strategy through which Impact facilitates residents' access to the most important retail services and leisure activities.

At the beginning of September, Boreal Plus received the construction permit, and this month Kaufland also obtained this permit, so that both projects can start the construction works. Consequently, Impact Developer & Contractor chose the company Premium Invest Concept to build the first stage of Boreal Plus – blocks of flats project in Constanța. The value of the contract is €9.5 million and provides for the construction works necessary for the turnkey delivery of the first stage of the ensemble.

The 3 blocks have a height regime of GF + 8F + technical floor and GF + 11F + technical floor and include 209 apartments, of which 58 studios, 110 of 2-room apartments and 41 of 3-room apartments. In line with the sustainability policy adopted by Impact within the complexes developed in Bucharest, the neighbourhood will have solar panels, a system of selective collection and waste management, but also efficient lighting, along with infrastructure for wastewater recovery and management.

Developed on a plot of land with an area of 64,440 square meters, the Boreal Plus complex will include at the end of the project 691 homes - 673 apartments and 18 luxury villas, 826 parking spaces, of which 289 will be arranged in a multi-storey car park. Boreal Plus welcomes the future community with a range of facilities, including large green spaces, occupying an area of 12,000 square meters, park with playgrounds, sports field, places parking, commercial spaces and kindergarten.
