Logicor, the owner of manager of logistics projects, has completed the development of a new warehouse in Mogoșoaia, Bucharest. The project with a leasable area of 38,000 sqm is part of the Logicor Bucharest I logistics park.

Bucharest's Mayor Nicușor Dan said that the city needs a “correct urban development”, while the permitting process for property investments will be updated to include tougher criteria that have to be met by developers.
