Zacaria Group, the largest developer of logistics spaces in Sibiu, will open next year a retail park in Cisnădie, Sibiu, following an investment of more than €11 million. 

STC Partners will invest more than €20 million in a new residential complex comprising over 200 apartments in Bucharest. The first development phase of Quartier Azuga will kick off in October 2022 and is slated for delivery in the first semester of 2024, while the entire project should be completed in early 2025. The modern stock of industrial spaces in Romania reached 5.9 million sqm in the first semester of 2022, with 500,000 sqm under construction and 44% of this volume already pre-let, according to a report by real estate consultancy CBRE.

The retail market in Romania is set to expand by more than 500,000 sqm in the next four years, with 10 of the projects in the pipeline each having more than 10,000 sqm, according to  Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
