Romanian Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, is expanding into the residential category, with sales & marketing services.
The new department will be led by George Călin, former Sales Manager at Prime Kapital.
"Our new residential department offers complete consulting services, from the acquisition of land for the development of the residential complex, creation of the concept, market positioning and branding, to sales and property management,” says Costin Nistor, Managing Director of Fortim Trusted Advisors.
The first project in the agency’s residential portfolio is Corallis. The complex comprising low-rise blocks is located in the Petrom City area, in northern Bucharest. It includes 225 apartments and will be built sustainably, according to BREEAM Excellent requirements.
The premium housing, built to high standards of sustainability and comfort, will be joined by a sports club, swimming pool, service and shopping spaces, themed gardens and a lakeside promenade, said Călin.
