Property group Globalworth says it has delivered office fit-out services for 50 tenants in 12 buildings based in Bucharest that totalled 250,000 sqm. 

ELI Parks, the network developed by Element Group and D Craig Real Estate, will kick off a new logistics and industrial project in Oradea. The companies will invest €22 million in the new park that will have a leasable area of 30,000 sqm. 

The real estate division of Rădăcini Group has purchased the Brico Depot DIY store in Iași for an undisclosed sum. The store has a sales area of approximately 8,000 sqm, with around 200 parking spaces and was opened in 2007 as a Praktiker brand. 

Romania’s industrial and logistics market expanded by over 500,000 sqm during 2022, with around half of all deliveries based in the Bucharest region, according to a report by real estate consultancy Colliers. 

Hotel chain Louvre Hotels Group, part of Chinese Jin Jiang Holding, aims to reach five affiliated hotels in Romania, including projects in Brașov, Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest. 

Real estate investor-developer Hagag Development Europe has received the “Best International Award” for the Renovation/Redevelopment of H Victoriei 139, during the International Property Awards 2022-2023 Gala held in London on February 2nd. 

The energy group Premier Energy has bought new projects in Romania with a capacity of approximately 41 megawatts, for which it paid €13 million. After completing all acquisitions and planned developments there, it will own or manage 700 megawatts of renewable energy, Pavel Zuna, a spokesman for Emma Capital, Premier Energy's parent company, told E15.

Romanian developer One United Properties has obtained the building permit for One Lake District, a large-scale sustainable residential development with 2,076 apartments in Bucharest. The project has a gross development value of around €337.7 million. 

Fashion House Group will start in the second quarter of this year the construction of the second phase of Fashion House Outlet Centre Pallady, which is located in the eastern part of Bucharest.
