Penta Real Estate has submitted environmental impact assessment (EIA) documents for the Bory Mall expansion project in June 2024. The extension is bringing a new square replacing the existing exterior parking lot between the Bory Hospital and the Bory Mall shopping center.

This year in March Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, which, in addition to administrative areas, is offering 1,600 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor, and another 700 sqm dedicated to a canteen with a cafe. The commercial units located on the ground floor of the seven-floor building are now fully leased. 

Cushman & Wakefield has summarised the situation on the Polish retail market in the second quarter of 2024. There were eight new retail completions with the development pipeline comprising approximately 400,000 sqm. Precordia Capital and Septyma have become holders of 66% of shares in the convenience retail park Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów located on ul. Przyczółkowska 219 in Warsaw. They acquired the shares from Capital Park Sp. z o.o. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
