The Czech investment market ended 2025 with record results. In the fourth quarter alone, property investments exceeded €1.8 billion, representing a 139% increase compared to the same period the previous year, according to Knight Frank data.

Focus Estate Fund has successfully repositioned Turawa Park in Opole, a 35,000 sqm shopping centre comprising a gallery, retail park and redeveloped DIY box. Investment group DRFG has purchased the ZTC shopping centre in Rijeka, from Universale International Realitäten, part of the UniCredit Group, for more than €40 million. Era Park has completed the takeover of the Ferio Wawer retail project in Warsaw from Strabag Real Estate Poland at the end of 2025. Savills Poland acted as the exclusive transaction advisor, securing the buyer and coordinating the entirety of the disposal process.  

Shopper Park Plus has entered into an agreement to acquire eight retail parks in Poland from Auchan Polska and Ceetrus Polska. The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
