The intensive development of the Polish housing market, and the great interest of global investment capital in Poland, are boosting consolidation and acquisitions. News of the sales of several large, well-known development companies has recently been of much discussion in the Polish housing market, and according to JLL experts, this trend looks set to continue.

Real estate developer One United Properties got €50 million in fresh funding for residential projects through a private placement of a senior secured debt note carried out by CC@ONE Properties Invest AG. 

A total of 14,193 residential properties were sold in Hungary in May, real estate group Duna House said in its monthly Transaction Estimate. This marks the strongest May in the market for the past couple of years as the figure was 5% higher than in May 2019.

BPI Real Estate Poland has acquired a plot of land in the center of Wrocław for another project to be built in the capital of Lower Silesia. Romania’s Impact Developer & Contractor will deliver this August the 18 villas part of Boreal Plus complex and is continuing the construction of the first 209 apartments in the Constanța-based project.
