Nooka Space, a start-up that operates smart flex offices, has announced a partnership with NEPI Rockcastle for the implementation of flexible workspaces on the premises of the group’s retail portfolio in Romania.

Income-producing properties are becoming an increasingly appreciated option for Romanian or foreign private investors who have previously been mainly active in the residential sector, according to real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has recorded a turnover of €‎184.2 million in the first nine months of this year, up 43% compared to the same period of last year, while the gross profit doubled to €‎97.2 million due to higher residential sales. 

The Hungarian property developer is putting 500 more homes up for sale in the centre and the green belt of the capital. 

Romanian developer Forty Management has sold out the Central District Viitorului 134 residential project, one month before construction completion. The Bucharest-based complex has a gross development value of €12.8 million without VAT.
