Shay Baruch has taken over the role of LivUp CEO, succeeding Roee Shamir, who has decided to pursue new career challenges after completing a duration of 7 years at this position.

LivUp, a company active in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) in Poland, announces the appointment of Shay Baruch to the role of CEO. He had previously served in key roles at companies such as GTC S.A., Cineworld Group Plc, and EY.  In his new role, Baruch will "drive forward the company's strategic initiatives and deliver unparalleled value to its stakeholders". Under the leadership of the new CEO, the plans remain the same - to expand company’s portfolio to several thousand flats across the region.

Roee Shamir had been the CEO of LivUp since its establishment and had played a significant role in its dynamic growth across the country, as well as contributed to the development of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) in the Polish real estate market. After founding and leading LivUp for the last 7 years, Mr. Shamir has decided to pursue new professional challenges.

LivUp oversees the management of over 750 residential units across Warsaw and Kraków. It is a subsidiary of Aurec Capital, a well-established international investment group and a major player in the Polish real estate market.

Within each of its developments, LivUp introduces numerous amenities. These include private fitness rooms that host complimentary yoga classes, lounge spaces doubling as coworking areas during the day and transforming into relaxing communal zones in the evening, as well as infrastructure for cyclists and tenant discount programs. LivUp offer spans from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, all furnished and finished to high standards.
