Development group Crestyl has presented the new Kappa residential building on Prague's Hagibor next to the Želivského metro station. The construction of the fifth apartment building within the Hagibor project is starting at the beginning of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2027.

The building will offer over 250 apartments in layouts from 1+kk to 5+kk with a floor area from 27 sqm to 180 sqm. Smaller apartments will be on the lower floors of the building, more spacious apartments with balconies will be on the higher floors and the four receding "towers". On the ground floor, in addition to the reception for residents, there will also be shops, restaurants and services, residents will also have access to an inner block. The architectural and design office Ian Bryan Architects (IBA) is the author of all the apartment buildings in the Hagibor project.

As part of the Hagibor project, the first two residential buildings Alfa and Beta were completed two years ago, the other two - Gamma and Delta - are under construction and will be ready this summer. The Gamma apartment building is located in the eastern part of the new Hagibor district at Počernická Street. It offers 138 apartments, approximately 80% of which are already sold. The fourth residential building, Delta, includes 168 apartments intended for rent and was purchased by the investment company Invesco Real Estate before the construction started.

In addition to the apartments, six administrative buildings will gradually be built as part of the Hagibor project. The first two of them are close to completion, the construction of the others will follow. The entire Hagibor project connects the square and the central pedestrian boulevard with shops and services - already this year, for example, a restaurant, café, drugstore or pastry shop will open here.
