Tatra Banka has announced the successful completion of a new syndicated financing for the consortium of YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments.

The new partnership between the developer Lucron and the investment group Sandberg Capital will bring a new stage to the Trnava Arboria project.

Mortgage interest rates are projected to increase in the second half of 2025, impacting both fixed-rate mortgages, which constitute over 99% of new mortgage volumes, and variable-rate mortgages, according to a recent analysis by online broker Ipotecare.ro and SVN Romania | Credit & Financial Solutions.

Zeitraum has opened a new student residence at Racławicka 58 in Kraków’s Krowodrza district. The building offers 249 rooms (289 beds), mostly private studios with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Flexible lease terms allow stays from one month to a full year.

According to epiteszforum.hu, Futureal Group’s residential developer arm Cordia will convert the next, currently shell-stage phase of the Corvin Innovation Campus office complex into a residential building. Noli Studios, the Scandinavian serviced living operator, will open a new location in Gdańsk’s Garnizon district in July 2025. The launch follows the brand’s debut in Poland with Noli Studios Warsaw Ursus earlier this year.
