Romania’s City Garden says it will deliver the first phase of its luxury villas complex this year and will complete the whole project in 2022. The company is investing around €16 million in 66 villas located in northern Bucharest.

Digital property platform Casta, part of Neogen group, has taken over real estate classifieds' portal Magazinul de Case, in a bid to expand across Romania. 

Hagag Development Europe says it has submitted the complete documentation in order to obtain the building permit for the consolidation and restoration works on Știrbei Palace, a historical building located in central Bucharest. 

Romanian real estate developer One United Properties has announced that Claudio Cisullo has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors starting May 20. He has recently become the third biggest shareholder of the developer and was Member of the Board of Directors of One United Properties since 2020. 

Argo Properties N.V., a Dutch company active in the German residential private rented sector, completed an initial public offering in which Cordia International participated as a part of its international expansion strategy.

Local developer Passerinvest Group is preparing its second large-scale project in Prague, Nové Roztyly. The project is to create offices and other jobs for nearly 3,000 people and to provide housing for around 1,500 residents, local daily E15 reports.

In early May, developer Mint Investments began preparatory works on the Metropolis residential project in the centre of Bratislava. Local lender Tatra banka has been selected by the company to provide a loan of €42 million for the construction of the project. The planned completion date of the project is Q4 2023.

Romania's Impact Contractor & Developer says it recorded sales of RON 39.3 million (€7.9 million) in the first quarter of 2021, up 71% year-on-year, due to higher demand in the residential market. 

Impact Developer & Contractor will start the development of its first residential projects in Iași, eastern Romania, in the second half of this year. 

Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor said it has secured two bank loans worth more than €13 million from Libra Bank to start new investments in the Greenfield residential project, located in northern Bucharest.
