Real estate developer Geometrik Build will invest €20 million in its first large-scale residential project located in southern Constanța.
South Side Residence will feature 384 apartments and will be delivered in two phases. The first development stage is under way and should be completed by September 2022, while the whole project will be delivered by May 2023.
The sales have kicked off and 15% of the units in the first phase have been contracted, according to the agency managing the project.
The project will have facilities such as sports fields, playgrounds and retail areas. It is geared towards families but can also be used as a holiday home or for investment purposes.
Geometrik Build is part of a real estate and construction group whose portfolio includes residential, commercial and logistics projects.
