The former bank atrium on the corner of Vysoká Street and 1st May Square in Bratislava has undergone an extensive transformation in recent months. The investment group Proxenta has successfully brought it to completion in just six months. The building with modern apartments in high standard has been built, writes online daily reality.trend.sk.

The Prague Public Transport Company (DPP) has signed an agreement with investors from CPI Property Group and Karlín Group and together they will build the Nové Holešovice district in Prague 7. Information about the billion-dollar project was reported by the daily E15.

The building, developed by Belgian firm Codic and called HomeWork has recently reached its final structure. Apart from 15 luxury flats, a total of 3,600 sqm of office and retail space will be available. A restaurant and a cafe will also serve the needs of tenants.

The residential development market in the Czech Republic will be expanded by a new grouping of PPF and Karlín Group. Together, they will build residential projects in Holešovice and Libeň in Prague with a total investment value of CZK 4 billion, the company PPF announced.

The Romanian Competition Council said it was assessing the transaction through which Revetas Capital Fund III intends to take over domestic residential developer Maurer Group.

Heimstaden subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad AB is buying the 400-apartment residential project Aurora in Warsaw from development company Dantex. The transaction is structured as a turnkey forward funded acquisition, where Heimstaden Bostad does not carry any direct development risk. Completion is scheduled for mid-2024.
