Develia plans to deliver 600-800 apartments in the Private Rented Sector segment (PRS, institutional rental market) this year, the company said. The current land bank allows the company to build nearly 9,000 sqm premises.

Occam Real Estate wants to expand its development activities in Košice. More brownfield sites in Prague are set for new residential development. Czech developer Ekospol is planning its big comeback to the domestic development scene and wants to build 2,000 flats in Prague's Zličín district within 10 years.
