Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed to manage Floreasca Park office project located in the Floreasca - Barbu Văcărescu area in the north of Bucharest, the largest business hub in the Capital.

CBRE Czech Republic has taken over the property management of the Novo Plaza shopping centre in Prague, starting 1 January 2021. The property offers 27,500 sqm of space, comprising a retail centre with a GLA of 21,500 sqm including retail, office, storage and support areas and a hypermarket with a GLA of 6,000 sqm, anchored by Tesco. The shopping centre has 710 underground and 140 surface-level parking spaces.

Warsaw Trade Tower, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the Polish capital is now being managed by its owner, Globalworth.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed to manage the Ţiriac Tower office building in Bucharest’s Central Business District, starting with October. As a result, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox will be responsible for the management of daily administrative-operational activity within the project, through a team of specialists both on-site and at the headquarters, coordinated by Mihaela Petruescu, Partner Asset Services.

Cushman & Wakefield has entered into a partnership with Zeitgeist Asset Management and taken over property management of the investor’s Polish property portfolio.

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe extends its collaboration with Global Vision. In addition to the property management of the developer’s office building H Victoriei 109, Global Vision will provide property management services for the residential project H Pipera Lake.

Colliers International has taken over the management of the DSV International Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.

CBRE was appointed by developer Skanska to provide property management services for the Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings, located in the central-western area of Bucharest. The two projects total 38,000 sqm, increasing the portfolio managed by CBRE in Romania to approximately 840,000 sqm of office space and shopping centres.

Immofinanz has appointed Savills as sole property manager for its portfolio of seven office buildings in Prague, Czech Republic, with effect from January 2021. The total floor area of the assets is approximately 123,000 sqm.

Colliers International has taken over the management of the Astoria Premium Offices building, located in the heart of Warsaw. Astoria Premium Offices is a 12-storey modern office building. It offers 19,500 sqm of leasable space and provides access to 86 underground parking spaces. The building has LEED certification at the Platinum level.
