Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe extends its collaboration with Global Vision. In addition to the property management of the developer’s office building H Victoriei 109, Global Vision will provide property management services for the residential project H Pipera Lake.

In line with similar services available on the premium residential segment, Hagag Development Europe will ensure, through Global Vision, the efficient management of the buildings and common spaces inside the complex, technical maintenance operations, implementation of safety and security procedures, as well as cleaning services. Our experiences so far only confirm that we have started walking an exceptional path, together with a reliable collaborator who shares the responsibility and care for the projects we develop, as well as the values of our brand,” said Yitzhak Hagag, Chairman and Board Controller at Hagag Group.

H Pipera Lake is designed and developed based on a gated community concept. Construction works for phase I are advancing at a fast pace and under complete safety parameters and will be completed in the last part of next year. Out of the total of 5 buildings, 435 apartments are to be delivered in the first stage. The first three buildings currently register an occupancy rate of 80%, buildings 4 and 5 have a 30% occupancy rate.
