European office costs continue to rise, but companies are not compromising on their demands for high-quality work environments, according to Colliers' Occupier Fit-Out Guide 2026 study.

YIT has completed the tenth phase of the Suomi Hloubětín residential complex in Prague 9. The Tampere building contains 68 apartments and 5 commercial spaces, with only two retail units remaining for sale.

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes. 

Industrial developer CTP has signed a lease agreement with Procter & Gamble (P&G) for a new 37,000 sqm logistics and production facility at CTParku Prague North.

The Czech commercial real estate investment market is experiencing a record-breaking year, set to reach €4.1 billion by the end of 2025, according to Savills research. To date, 69 transactions have been completed with a total volume of €4 billion, with additional deals worth tens of millions potentially closing by year-end.

Prague is emerging as a key driver of Europe's retail recovery in 2025, according to Savills Research European Retail Market. The Czech Republic ranks among Europe's top-performing economies, with real retail sales expected to grow by 4.1% this year, outpacing Germany (2.7%), France (2.3%) and the United Kingdom (0.8%).

The Czech Republic's industrial real estate market continues its recovery, with 130,800 sqm of new space completed in Q3 2025, bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 million sqm. This represents a 5% year-on-year increase, according to Colliers.
