Slovak developer Corwin has announced its first Prague project called Dvory, located in Prague 9 - Vysočany. Like the company's Palma project in Bratislava, this development involves revitalising a brownfield site into a sustainable modern district for living and working. Construction of the first phase is expected to begin by the end of 2025.

Investment volumes in the Czech commercial real estate market could reach €3.9 billion in 2025, according to a Savills analysis. In Prague alone, commercial properties worth approximately €2.5 billion are currently at various stages of sale - the highest amount of assets offered in the past ten years. The majority of available properties are office buildings and mixed-use properties combining retail and office space. Hotels and industrial or logistics assets represent a smaller share.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has inaugurated the rebranded Westfield Černý Most shopping centre in Prague, featuring an extension that introduces new shopping, dining and entertainment experiences. With more than 30 new retail and restaurant offers and an expanded cinema experience, the destination now spans approximately 94,100 sqm and 180 units.

AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Investment activity in the Czech commercial real estate market is now primarily driven by domestic capital, while in the long-term trend, local capital accounted for one third of the total investment volume. Over the past three years, however, the balance has shifted this year, and Czech investors represent 80% of all transactions completed to date, according to a Savills analysis.

Crestyl has begun construction of the Kappa residential building at Prague's Hagibor development, located near Želivského metro station. The fifth residential building in the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, with Metrostav DIZ serving as the general contractor.

The Vinohradská 8 project, jointly prepared by Penta Real Estate and PSN, has received a zoning permit. Just a few steps from Wenceslas Square in Prague, a mixed-use development is designed, including housing, office space, and new shops and restaurants.

The new residential project Semerínka, developed by Crestyl, has been successfully approved for use several months earlier than planned.

Amundi has sold the mixed-use space Forum Karlín and the Prague Ibis hotel to Patria, a part of ČSOB, reports seznamzpravy.cz.

Caspyan Fund has launched the sale of residential units in the Konstanta Karlín project in Prague. The fund has been built on more than a decade of experience of its management in the real estate sector.
