Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has inaugurated the rebranded Westfield Černý Most shopping centre in Prague, featuring an extension that introduces new shopping, dining and entertainment experiences. With more than 30 new retail and restaurant offers and an expanded cinema experience, the destination now spans approximately 94,100 sqm and 180 units.

AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Investment activity in the Czech commercial real estate market is now primarily driven by domestic capital, while in the long-term trend, local capital accounted for one third of the total investment volume.
