City Point Targówek to be expanded with the next phase

Panattoni launches construction of warehouse park in Silesia

Panattoni has launched construction work on a new centre – Panattoni Park Bieruń I. The project has an area of almost 20,000 sqm and is located near to Silesia’s main transport arteries. Already, the first tenant has been found for the centre – Sport-Shop.pl, which will occupy 13,000 sqm. The construction work is scheduled for completion in February 2025.

Savills sells PBSA asset in Kraków

Savills, on behalf of private investors, together with CA Ventures and Golub & Co., has completed the sale of LivinnX, a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building in Kraków, Poland, to Xior. The asset, LivinnX, has 290 self-contained units with 673 student beds and offers many amenities, including a roof terrace with a jacuzzi, climbing wall, gym, sauna, community kitchen, laundry room, music room and various other recreational and study spaces. The total lettable area is c.14,400 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Cordia announces second successful bond issue in Poland

Refield sells two retail parks in Poland

Refield sold two retail parks, Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski, to Falcon Investment Management . These two assets, totalling 22,000 sqm GLA, were completed by Refield in late 2023. Earlier, the fund acquired Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński in 2022. The total value of the transaction amounts to more than PLN 150 million (ca. €35 million).

Panattoni signs a huge lease expansion in Wrocław

Panattoni has reached another milestone in the development of Wrocław South Logistics Hub. As a result of a new contract, one of its current tenants – a leading e-commerce operator – is to increase the size of its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the planned expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm, or 70 pct of the park’s eventual total area.

New leases

  • Panattoni has commenced construction on the latest phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II, developing a bespoke BTS warehouse for DPD Polska. The facility will encompass 5,300 sqm tailored to the courier company’s operational requirements. DPD Polska is scheduled to begin operations at the new site in August 2026.
  • Romanian strategic advisory firm Infinexa Restructuring has relocated its HQ to GTC’s City Gate South Tower in Bucharest. The move supports their integrated approach to delivering complex debt restructuring, insolvency mandates, and preventive procedures for distressed companies.
  • Sports Direct has leased 1,700 sqm in XOPark Sofia for its first Bulgarian store, in a deal brokered by CBRE.

New appointments

  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
