Panattoni will deliver another project for K-FLEX, a manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, a developer and property asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just launched the sales drive for ownership apartments in the Polish city of Łódź. The project represents Trei’s second residential development in Poland. The initial total of 104 apartments offered for sale will be built during the first construction stage. Trei entered the Polish residential real estate market in summer 2019 with a first project in Wroclaw.

Globalworth released its annual financial reports for 2019 and issued a COVID-19 statement. Since the beginning of the year, Globalworth has further improved its liquidity, which is currently close to €600 million of available cash.

7R and Hillwood have finalized a joint venture sale of a warehouse facility to a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The warehouse building is a build-to-suit (BTS) project for a leading European e-commerce platform. Last year, 7R and another fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners concluded a larger warehouse portfolio transaction in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Cushman & Wakefield advised the purchaser in both of those acquisitions.

CPI Property Group announced the purchase of Moniuszki 1A office building in Warsaw. The property was acquired from Catalyst Capital. JLL Poland and Dentons assisted the buy in the transaction.

Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków has appointed Knight Frank to manage its Fabryka Kart office building. The nearly one-hundred-year-old building has been given a new life after the revitalisation completed in 2019. Currently, it is a loft-like building with a total floor area of more than 2,500 square metres.

Hillwood is developing two Class A city warehouses in Warsaw’s Targówek district with a total area of ​​almost 50,000 sqm. Completion of the first hall with an area of ​​24,600 sqm is scheduled for Q3 2020.

In 2019, Poznań saw its total office stock expand by nearly 18% to 564,800 sqm following the delivery of ten office projects totalling 85,700 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield has summarised last year on Poznań’s office market.

Panattoni has started building a distribution centre for a manufacturer of sportswear and accessories. The BTS facility with an area of over 67 000 sqm is under construction in Czeladź, Upper Silesia. Completion of phase one is planned for H1 2021.
