7R, a warehouse developer, has completed the third phase of its green bond issuance, raising PLN 83.9 million (approximately €19.75 million). Since the beginning of this year, the company has obtained capital totalling approximately €77 million, marking progress within its €100 million bond program.

Polish developer Develia achieved a net profit of €41.3 million in the first half of 2025, up 17% from €35.4 million in the same period last year. Revenue increased 15% to €178.4 million compared to €154.6 million in H1 2024.

Matexi Polska has completed sales of all apartments in its Kameralny Prokocim 2 development at Facimiech 12 street in Kraków. The project comprised 49 apartments in total.
