Anna Dafna has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atrium European Real Estate. She will replace Ryan Lee, who was promoted to the position of CEO.

Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the disposal of the 240,000 sqm portfolio of a CEE value-add real estate investment venture. Sales proceeds totalled over €160 million, generating an IRR of 20% and an equity multiple of over 1.7x for Peakside investors.

German online fashion distributor BestSecret will take up almost 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III with the option to further expand by another 42,000 sqm. The development will be handed over in stages between January and June 2023. 

DHL Supply Chain has renewed its lease with Logicor on an improved and extended facility in Racibórz. The c. 10,000 sqm extension now takes the facility to c. 32,000 sqm.

Panattoni has completed the €160 million sale of a portfolio of five fully-let logistics parks in Poland covering a total of 230,000 sqm GLA, to a North American real estate investment manager buyer.

SPM Poland, a member of the BCUBE Poland Group, has joined MLP Wrocław as its new tenant. Panattoni has completed a BTS project for Solaris Bus & Coach in Bolechowo. The 10,000 sqm warehouse has been built next to the company’s existing factory and will play a key role in the parts and sub-assembly supply chain for the production of Solaris vehicles. The buildings have been connected with roads and utilities and Panattoni has additionally reinforced the roof to mount 260 kWp of solar cells.
