International Industrial Properties (IIProp), an industrial and logistics platform owned by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, has launched the development of a 93,500 sqm warehousing park in Nadarzyn, on Warsaw’s southwestern outskirts.

Macquarie Capital Principal Finance (Macquarie) has provided €123.4 million in the form of a senior secured loan to DL Invest Group. The three-year facility will be funded using capital from Macquarie’s balance sheet. 

Park Szczecin in Załom, a multi-phase warehouse complex created on the grounds with a total area of over 46 ha, offering 230,000 sqm of industrial space and fully leased, is the biggest park in Accolade’s Polish portfolio.
