Xior Student Housing has signed a deal with Basecamp Group, European Student Housing Fund I and European Student Housing Fund II to purchase Basecamp's portfolio of private student accommodation for €939 million.

Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw have over 40% of their total office stock certified ‘green’, making their office markets some of the most environmentally sustainable in the world, according to Savills World Research. But in many major cities there is a significant disconnect between city governments’ ambitious net-zero targets and the green credentials of existing stock.

The retail park in Pleszewo is a project located at 24 Armii Poznańska Street on the main route from Koszalin to Poznań. The facility was built on an area of over 10,000 sqm and offers 3,548 sq m of GLA. Its tenants are the international network brands known in Poland as well as local companies.
