A subsidiary of NEPI Rockcastle has entered into an agreement to acquire two shopping centres in Poland for an aggregate sum of €249.4 million. Shopping centres Serenada (41,170 sqm) and Krokus 27,728 sqm) are to be extended for a further €212 million thus creating a single integrated shopping centre with a GLA of over 100,000 sqm.

Plaza Centers has concluded an agreement with NEPI Rockcastle, on the termination of land use rights over a circa 21,788 sqm land plot adjoining Arena Plaza in Budapest, Hungary, registered to a subsidiary of the company, Kerepesi 5 Irodaépület Kft. NEPI Rockcastle has recently acquired the Arena Plaza shopping centre from a third party.

Through its subsidiary NEPI Rockcastle has acquired Paradise Center in Sofia, Bulgaria from BULFELD EOOD for €252.9 million, resulting in an acquisition yield of approximately 7%. The transaction will be effective upon obtaining approval of the Bulgarian Competition Authority.

Through its subsidiary NEPI Rockcastle has acquired the Arena Plaza shopping centre in Budapest from Symmetry Arena Ingatlankezelő Kft. The aggregate purchase price paid for the transaction was €275 million, resulting in an acquisition yield of approximately 6.2%.
