MLP Group reported double-digit growth in key financial metrics in the first half of 2025, confirming the company’s consistent performance in the European logistics market. Consolidated revenue rose 10% year-on-year to PLN 207.1 million (€49.1 million), while EBITDA excluding revaluation effects increased 7% to PLN 106.2 million (€25.2 million). Net profit reached PLN 79.2 million, compared with PLN 281.6 million in H1 2024.

cargo-partner has extended and expanded its lease at MLP Pruszków II, increasing its warehouse space to 14,400 sqm. The logistics provider, a tenant of MLP Group since 2006, added 1,600 sqm to its current lease of 12,800 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by Renthis.

The Specjał Capital Group has expanded its presence at MLP Poznań by leasing an additional 6,400 sqm of space for warehousing, including cold and freezer storage. At the same time, the company extended its existing lease, bringing the total area it occupies at the site to more than 22,000 sqm. The move also involved relocating the Specjał Śrem branch to the new facility. Newmark Polska represented the tenant during the leasing process.

MLP Group delivered good financial and operational results in 2024, driven by strong warehouse space leasing performance across all its markets. The company reported revenue of PLN 372.4 million (+3% YoY), or €86.5 million (+9% YoY).

Sarantis Polska, cosmetics and household goods manufacturer and distributor, is moving to a new facility within the MLP Pruszków Iogistics complex near Warsaw. At the same time, it will expand its current space by 35%, reaching over 24,000 square meters.

Fabryka Mebli Akord is relocating its main warehouse to the modern logistics center MLP Teresin (central Poland). The decision to choose this location was driven, among other factors, by the possibility of high storage, which will enable the optimization of logistics processes and further development. Fabryka Mebli Akord will gain full access to the facility at the beginning of September this year. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.

MLP Group recorded its strongest leasing performance to date in 2024. Over the year, the group leased a total of approximately 305,000 sqm of space, including 225,000 sqm under new contracts – an 82% increase year on year. During this period, MLP Group secured 22 new clients, while 20% of total leasing activity came from existing tenants.

MLP Group announced plans for a new logistics and industrial centre in Rzeszów (eastern Poland). The MLP Rzeszów facility will deliver over 52,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space. The investment is scheduled to kick off in the second quarter of 2025.

MLP Group has completed a transaction with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., securing financing of €21.5 million. The funds will be used to refinance the construction of a 34,600-square-meter warehouse facility at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. Legal advisory for the bank was provided by Kycia Legal Banking Finance.

MLP Group S.A. has successfully closed its debut senior green notes offering, worth €300 million (approximately PLN 1.3 billion). Citi and Santander Group acted as Global Coordinators and Physical Bookrunners for the issue.
