MLP Group reported in 2025 revenues of €99.2 million (+15% year-on-year) and net profit of €108.3 million (+25% year-on-year), while achieving a record 370,941 sqm of new and renewed lease agreements. 

Makita has expanded its leased space at the MLP Pruszków II complex to approximately 18,000 sqm, nearly doubling its previously occupied area, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The tenant is expected to move into the new part of the facility in mid-2026.

MLP Group has kicked off the development of MLP Business Park Poznan complex, comprising three office and warehouse facilities with a combined leasable area of 14,000 sqm.

Electrolux Poland has extended its lease agreement at MLP Pruszków I logistics centre, retaining 26,678 sqm of warehouse space and 310 sqm of modern office space.

MLP Group has completed a €350 million green bond issuance with a 5-year maturity and fixed coupon of 4.75%, in an offering attracted strong demand and was oversubscribed.

MLP Group launched construction of two buildings totalling 30,000 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw in Q4 2025. The company has already secured lease agreements for 30% of the space.

Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Poland's largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The facility was developed speculatively and was ready for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre used by the tenant, bringing their total leased space to over 34,000 sqm.

Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has extended its lease for over 38,000 sqm of space across two MLP Group facilities. The tenant was supported in negotiations by Querco Property agency.

MLP Group reported double-digit growth in key financial metrics in the first half of 2025, confirming the company’s consistent performance in the European logistics market. Consolidated revenue rose 10% year-on-year to PLN 207.1 million (€49.1 million), while EBITDA excluding revaluation effects increased 7% to PLN 106.2 million (€25.2 million). Net profit reached PLN 79.2 million, compared with PLN 281.6 million in H1 2024.
