Krysiak has extended its lease at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre and added 3,813 sqm of warehouse space, doubling its total footprint within the park. The company, a Polish supplier of garden machinery and equipment that has operated at the site since early 2020, was advised on the transaction by Agent Rock Estate.
Krysiak Sp. z o.o. has been active in the market since 1990 and distributes its own brands, including Faworyt, Lider, Handy and 4garden, alongside products from European manufacturers such as Texas, Limpar and Gloria. The firm has worked with MLP Group for around six years, and the lease expansion reflects growing operational demand.
"Extending the cooperation together with such a significant increase in leased space is the best confirmation that we are creating an environment conducive to the growth of our clients' businesses. The flexibility of our offer and the ability to quickly adapt space to tenants' changing needs is one of the key elements of our long-term partnership strategy," said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group.
"A key element of this process was planning the expansion so that it would respond both to Krysiak's growing operational needs and to the right timing for the company to increase its space. During the transitional period, we managed to secure additional space under a short-term lease for periods of peak demand. It was also important that the expansion would take place into the neighbouring module, meaning the client avoids moving to another building and the additional costs that would entail," said Damian Michalski, Leasing Director at Rock Estate.
MLP Poznań West is located on the western side of Poznań, directly off the S11 expressway and 7 km from the A2 motorway junction. When complete, the complex will offer more than 173,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, targeting companies in e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing. Buildings at the park are undergoing BREEAM certification and feature photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging stations and cycling infrastructure.
