CTP has pre-let over 25,400 sqm of logistics space to a German headquartered renewable energy developer, service and energy solutions provider, at CTPark Gdańsk Port, a major new sustainable logistics park that CTP is developing in Gdańsk, Poland.

Panattoni has been granted a €64 million loan by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for yet more projects. The financing is to be used to develop a complex for Poczta Polska in Radzymin as well as two buildings within Panattoni Park Grudziądz.

MLP Group is starting speculative construction of around 75,000 sqm of space in total at its three logistics parks. The space will be delivered as soon as later this year and early next year. All the projects will be BREEAM certified.

CTP has unveiled plans to invest €600 million in the coming years to double its portfolio to 20 million sqm by 2030.

Panattoni Hungary has officially opened its first logistics centre near Budapest. Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint offers 17,000 sqm of modern industrial space in four buildings. The value of the investment has not been disclosed.  

The Hungarian branch of the global developer Panattoni is going to build a 64,000 sqm logistics complex near the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport at the junction of the M0/M5 motorways. The facility, planned to be delivered in two phases is scheduled to open next year.

According to a report by Newmark Polska, development activity across the EU continued unabated, with more than 20 million sqm of modern warehouse and industrial space coming onto the market in 2022. Poland topped the league table with close to 4.4 million sqm. Germany and the Czech Republic also reported high supply levels: over 2 million sqm and 1.1 million sqm, respectively. Poland is also on the podium in terms of demand.

7R completed the expansion of 7R Park Kielce halls. The current tenant, myBOX Logistics, leased additional space and will thus occupy over 30 800 sqm in the project.

In Q1 2023, the Greater Budapest speculative stock increased by five buildings, totalling 111,330 sqm, while in regional Hungary, four new buildings were handed over, totalling 45,835 sqm. As a result, the vacancy rate has risen sharply from 3.8 to 5.9%, Budapest Research Forum (BRF) reports.

Panattoni sees continuing interest from investors: in the first quarter of the year the company completed transactions in Poland worth a combined total of over €300 million. The developer's activity has spawned the need for a new position - Head of Asset Disposition - which has been filled by Michal Stanisławski.
