Panattoni has signed new agreements with acoustic cabin manufacturer Mikomax, which will rebrand as Hushoffice in March.

The tenant has extended its lease of 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at City Logistics Łódź III and leased an additional 3,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Centre Łódź I.

Hushoffice is a Polish company based in Łódź and one of Europe's leading manufacturers of acoustic booths for office spaces, public areas and teamwork spaces. With over 30 years of experience in designing office solutions, the company's products improve working comfort in over 50 countries worldwide.

The expansion follows years of cooperation with Panattoni, with the company now covering 80% of the City Logistics Łódź III facility. "Leasing additional warehouse space is a natural step for us, allowing us to maintain the operational continuity necessary for the further development of the organisation," said Michał Bartosiewicz, Facility Manager at Hushoffice.

"We have been operating in Łódź for over 20 years and have delivered nearly 2.4 million sqm of modern industrial space here," said Karolina Olejniczak, Leasing Manager at Panattoni.

Both facilities are located on Dostawcza Street in the Widzew district, with Panattoni Business Centre Łódź I covering 21,000 sqm and City Logistics Łódź III spanning 13,000 sqm.
