Hungarian real estate company Appeninn has acquired the Goodyear logistics centre in Tarnów, Poland, through its wholly owned subsidiary Appeninn Project-TRNW.

The logistics facility was developed in three phases and offers a total net leasable area of 56,343 sqm. Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations is the sole tenant under a long-term lease agreement that includes extension options.

The centre is located near one of Goodyear's largest European tyre manufacturing plants and has direct access to the Polish A4 motorway, which serves as one of the region's main east-west transport corridors.

"With this acquisition, we are expanding our regional portfolio with a quality asset that provides stable cash flow," said Györgyi Szűcs, CEO of Appeninn Asset Management Holding. "The transaction is an important milestone in our diversification strategy, strengthening both our international presence and our portfolio's long-term income-generating capacity."

This marks Appeninn's second investment in Poland, following the 2023 acquisition of the Wiśniowy Business Park office complex in Warsaw. The Budapest Stock Exchange-listed company has operated as a Regulated Real Estate Investment Trust since 2024.
