LaSalle Investment Management Inc. has completed the purchase of Panattoni Warsaw West VI in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Experts from JLL advised the buyer in this deal.

Eastern Poland continues to attract increasing interest from both Polish and overseas investors. Panattoni Europe has completed the construction of another facility for Amazon with more than 60,000 sqm of space. The logistics centre in Bolesławiec in Lower Silesia will receive products from sellers and suppliers, and then distribute them to Amazon’s e-commerce centres. The project was built in line with the guidelines for BREEAM certification and is already the seventh joint project between the two companies – in the space of five years the developer has delivered 745,500 sqm to the world’s largest online store.

In the first half of this year, MLP Group signed 22 lease contracts for a total of 217,000 sqm of warehouse space in Poland, Germany and Romania. This is more than double the previous year’s figure, of just over 100,000 sqm.

In 2018, CTP achieved gross rental income of nearly €274 million, a 16% year-on-year increase. During the year CTP grew its CEE portfolio by over 13%, reaching the milestone of 5 million sqm under management. Total asset value increased year-on-year by over 10% to €4.8 billion. The company’s LTV ratio decreased slightly to 48%.

P3 will add a hostel and retail space to its existing P3 Bucharest Park development, located on the A1 motorway, creating the first mixed-use project on the Romanian market.
