The Kellogg Company, a producer of ready-to-eat cereals and snacks, has renegotiated its existing lease agreement and expanded its warehouse footprint in Kutno to 28,000 sqm. The tenant was represented by Cresa. The developer of the facility is Panattoni, which specializes in BTS projects.

The Kellogg Company is currently expanding its operations in Poland to support their Pringles business line. Its plant located in Kutno, Central Poland, in the Łódź Special Economic Zone, is being enlarged by a new Pringles production line.

“Cresa advised Kellogg’s in the negotiations and expansion of their warehouse and related office/social space footprint in Kutno totalling approximately 28,000 sqm. The building serves as a Pringles’ warehouse and distribution centre and is located next to the existing factory. We are extremely pleased to have had the opportunity to again work alongside Kellogg in the negotiations process to be able to support their expansion plans in Poland,” says Tom Listowski, Partner, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Central and Eastern Europe, Cresa.

Kutno, where Kellogg’s plant is located, is situated in Central Poland, approx. 130 km from Warsaw and 50 km from an interchange of the A1 and A2 motorways in Stryków. Kutno is an important railroad junction in Poland. The location provides convenient access from the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznan–Warsaw) and from the DK92 national road to the A1 motorway (Tricity–Lodz–Gliwice). Central Poland is a dynamically developing region thanks to its advanced road network and availability of skilled labour.
