CTP has completed its largest green bond issuance to date, following the company’s March IPO and recent inclusion in the Euronext AScX index. Structured as a dual-tranche, CTP raised a total of €1 billion under its €4 billion EMTN programme. The issue included a €500 million four-year tranche and a €500 million eight-year tranche. Total demand for the issue reached nearly €4 billion, evidencing the solid standing that CTP holds on the international bond markets.

The demand for warehouses has increased by a quarter in recent months. Tenants are mostly interested in Greater Poland and Mazovia Provinces. The market is growing on average by 16 per cent per year, while as much as 2.5 million sqm of warehouse space is under construction, says Walter Herz

GLP has leased a 43,000 sqm unit at Sziget Logistics Centre to Fiege Group, a leading European logistics company that specialises in efficient supply chain solutions.

Panattoni is developing 65,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate and on completion will have delivered over a million sqm in the region. The developer is building a distribution centre with over 100 loading docks. The entire project is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of 'Excellent'. The complex will be completed in March 2022

VGP and Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies, announced a successful eighth closing with its 50:50 joint venture, VGP European Logistics. The transaction comprised of four logistic buildings, including two buildings in a new VGP park and another two newly completed logistic buildings which were developed in parks previously transferred to the Joint Venture. The four buildings are located in Germany (three) and in the Czech Republic (one).

Panattoni is launching Wrocław Campus 39, its largest project in Lower Silesia. The developer has already leased almost 85,000 sqm of the park to two tenants – 78,000 sqm of which will be used for e-commerce. Currently, 160,000 sqm is under construction, half of which will be ready in September this year. Campus Wrocław 39 will eventually offer 200,000 sqm and is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.

MSL Logistics, a supplier of pharmaceuticals’ logistics services, has expanded its leased space within CTPark Chitila by 6,660 sqm. 

In the last week of June, CTP will join the group of 25 Dutch companies included in the AScX index, which is derived from Amsterdam’s Small Cap Index. This will further increase the company’s investor visibility.

The industrial and logistics market is booming across the region with e-commerce and logistic companies being the main drivers of growth from the tenant side. Laurent Jechoux, Business Director at Czech industrial developer Contera talked to Property Forum about current projects, market trends and the company’s entry into the office market.

Logicor, owner and operator of logistics real estate in Europe, announced the launch of a new office in Prague, Czech Republic. The office has been operational since 1 May 2021.
