The list of industrial and logistics developers active in the booming Polish market has now been joined by LCube, headed by Adrian Biesaga and Michał Stachura. The leasing team will be led by Aleksandra Kołbon. LCube's first project will be implemented in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

A&D Pharma, a subsidiary of Dr.Max Group, has leased a warehouse of 9,000 sqm in CTPark Sibiu, in a bid to streamline its distribution supply chain for pharmacies located in the central and western Romania as well as for online orders. 

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH continues to expand in the Czech market and joins a project in České Budějovice. The developer’s largest project so far was carefully selected and is located in South Bohemia. The region has great potential with connections to key European markets.

InPost in consultation with Otto Group successfully finalized the acquisition of Mondial Relay, a leading French out-of-home delivery company. The value of the transaction was €513 million. This transaction makes InPost the largest e-commerce delivery platform in Europe.

International logistics forwarder DSV Prime Cargo has just extended its lease in Panattoni Park Goleniów, while at the same time doubling the space it occupies to almost 10,000 sqm. 

European warehouse property developer MLP Group is set to build a BTS facility for a new customer. The tenant was assisted during the transaction by a team of experts of the Savills consultancy.

CTP, the regional developer and owner of industrial and logistics spaces, aims to complete in Romania new warehouses with a combined surface of 330,000 sqm by the end of 2021. 

Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH enters the Slovak market with an acquisition of land with a zoning permit comprising 70,000 sqm. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested €42.5 million in a €500 million green Eurobond issue by real estate company CTP to support its portfolio expansion, thereby increasing the supply of green real-estate stock across the EBRD’s regions.
