KREO, Ghelamco’s newest project in Kraków, has received an occupancy permit. More than 24,000 sqm of office space awaits tenants.
The building, located at ul. Wadowicka 12 Street provides tenants with office space of more than 2,700 sqm on 9 floors. Q-arch, a Krakow-based architectural studio, is responsible for the building’s design.

This is our largest project in Krakow, which we are proud of and happy to put into operation”, says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director, Ghelamco Poland.
Ghelamco will be the first developer in Central and Eastern Europe to certify its regional project under the SmartScore system. In addition, KREO will also be the first in Kraków to be evaluated for technological advancement by the WiredScore certification team. During the process, solutions will be analyzed against two main criteria – functional technologies that affect user experience and security, and technical foundations such as digital connectivity, governance and cybersecurity. KREO will also be certified under the BREEAM and WELL systems, whereas full alignment with the needs of people with disabilities will be confirmed by the “Barrier-Free Facility” certificate.
