Slovak construction company HSF System SK has completed the general delivery of two more shopping centres in Slovakia. In Kysucke Nové Mesto, which is located in the Žilina region, the shopping gallery Obchodná galéria Naša was opened to the public. In Košice, a new SIKO shopping centre was built.
Occam Real Estate wants to expand its development activities in Košice. After the successful acquisition of the 17,650 sqm BCT1 office building, which it bought in 2020 from the development section of the investment group Penta, it is now entering the residential development field with a €30 million project, reports the web portal reality.trend.sk.
Panattoni Park Košice Aiport has expanded by a second hall. The first tenants have already taken over the area of around 6,300 sqm. The nearly 20,000 sqm hall was built by developer Panattoni in cooperation with investor Accolade. Erik Ivaničko, Panattoni's director for Slovakia, told the TASR news agency that the investment in the construction of the new hall is about € 17 million.
The InTeFi investment group has become the majority owner of the Cassovar Business Center I building in Košice following a €30 million acquisition. The building comprises 13,500 sqm of office space and a 7,000 sqm shopping gallery.
Ehlebracht, an international company with a production site in Michalovce, is moving to ctPark Košice. Construction on the 8,916 sqm hall should start this November with handover scheduled for the end of 2021. The production enlargement will bring 60 to 80 new jobs to the region.
Since the start of this year, Penta Real Estate has closed the sale of three office buildings in its portfolio. After selling Rosum in Bratislava, the company completed a transaction in Poland within a single month by selling the office complex D48 and the office building BCT1 in Košice.
Penta Real Estate completed the Business Centrum Tesla 2 office building project in Košice by selling it to the Austrian company European City Estates. The BCT 2 provides 14,600 square meters of office space. The largest tenants include the companies T-Systems Slovakia, Deloitte, Diebold-Nixdorf and Colonnade. On the seller side, the transaction was advised by JLL and the purchase price was not disclosed upon agreement between the parties.
IEE Sensing Slovakia has expanded at CTPark Košice. The manufacturer of automotive sensing systems has opened a brand new space, which will house the company's R&D Center. The company will also run its main European warehouse from the park. The premises built according to the strictest energy criteria were provided by CTP.
With the recent acquisition of a business park located at Košice airport, CTP has become the market leader as the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistics real estate in Slovakia.
Catering products supplier Bidfood Farutex has become the first tenant of DC4 building at Prologis Park Wrocław III, having leased 9,795 sqm. Farutex will move into its new space in August 2023.
Warsaw's Renova shopping mall, located in Targówek and owned by Napollo, has just opened the first outlet of the Mother Earth brand in Warsaw. The outlet will be located on the ground floor of the mall.
Gdańsk's Galeria Zaspa has gained a new tenant. Clothing brand Sinsay has taken nearly 600 sqm of space in the facility.
