Occam Real Estate has launched the client registration for the Tesla residence, project on Dunajská Street in the Juh district of Košice. The developer is planning the official launch of sales in September 2024.
The early bird registration promises the opportunity to buy a residential unit in two eight-floor apartment buildings at introductory prices. The housing options vary from two-room to four-room apartments. Those on the ground floor will be equipped with front gardens, and units on the upper floors have a spacious loggia. The development includes a public park of more than 3,000 sqm. The investor solves the lack of parking spaces by combining 3 underground garages and outdoor parking lots prepared for electric charging.
