Skanska has sold its Nordic Light Trio office building in Budapest to JR AMC, a South Korean real estate investment trust. This is not only the buyer's first acquisition with Skanska, but it is also its first office investment in the CEE region after transactions in Vienna, Dublin and Paris. 

Czech investor Zeitgeist Asset Management announced a new investment on the housing market in Poland. The planned residential asset at ul. Wrzesińska 2, will expand the company’s offer of rental housing. JLL experts advised the investor on the purchase of the property.

Local investment fund Trigea has acquired the Louvre office building in Prague 5. The property has around 4,600 sqm of leasable space with tenants including Swiss rail carriage manufacturer Stadler, Lukoil Accounting and Finance Europe and health insurance company VZP.

AFI Europe signed a non-binding letter of intent for the acquisition of NEPI Rockcastle’s office portfolio in Romania, with a total built area of approx. 170,000 square meters. AFI Europe will have exclusivity to conduct a due diligence in respect of the Class A office buildings with a total value of approx. €310 million.  

AFI Europe has signed a pre-sale agreement with Plaza Centers N.V. for the acquisition of 75% of the shares in the Casa Radio Project, for the price of €60 million.

Immofinanz has successfully finalised the acquisition of the Warsaw Spire Tower through the purchase of the respective real estate holding companies. The closing took place today, 11 July 2019, following the release of the transaction by the Polish antitrust authorities. The sellers are the Ghelamco Group, which completed the tower in 2016, and Madison International Realty, a global real estate private equity firm. The agreed property value for the office tower equals roughly €386.0 million. The expected annual rental income based on invoiced rents totals approximately €19.6 million.

Atrium European Real Estate Limited has completed €341 million of transactions in Poland comprising the disposal of two assets and an acquisition.

CTP acquired A1 Bucharest Park during a transaction valued at approximately €40 million.T property is situated at kilometre 13 on A1 motorway.

Immofinanz is making a further strategic acquisition in the office sector with the purchase of the Palmovka Open Park in Prague through the takeover of the related real estate holding companies. This office location consists of three buildings with 25,800 sqm of rentable space. The agreed property value amounts to €76.4 million, and the expected rental income totals roughly €4.4 million per year. The seller is Metrostav Development, the project development company which completed the property in 2018. The seller was represented by Knight Frank.

Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager with a partial Hungarian background, has acquired the 18,000 sqm Poznan Financial Center from Peakside Capital Advisors. The purchase price was not disclosed.
