With the recent acquisition of a business park located at Košice airport, CTP has become the market leader as the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistics real estate in Slovakia.

Israeli company Shikun & Binui has signed an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the 76,000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office complex in Northern Bucharest from Belgian developer Atenor, according to profit.ro.

Globalworth has signed a preliminary sale and purchase agreement with Cavatina Holdings SA to acquire two office developments in Poland, in Warsaw and Krakow, on their completion scheduled for Q1 2020. The maximum transaction consideration for the two assets has been set at €185 million, with the final consideration to be determined on their leasing status at completion and after customary deductions. 

According to data by JLL, the value of office investment transactions concluded from the beginning of 2019 came in at nearly €2.8 billion, equating to 2018's total performance. What is particularly noteworthy is that office regional markets achieved record-breaking results of over €1 billion.

CPI Property Group has issued green bonds with a face value of €750 million, a yield of 1.625% and a maturity date of 23rd April 2027. Over €2 billion of the bonds have been placed. The company intends to use a significant portion of this to acquire high-quality office properties in Warsaw during Q4 2019 and 2020.

Futureal Group has acquired the Antares office building in Warsaw, Poland. The 16-year-old complex will be fully modernized and repositioned in order to exceed the higher expectations of tenants. Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as sole letting agent for the project.

S Immo has acquired the almost fully let office building HOTO Tower in the Croatian capital Zagreb from the Austrian SIGNA Group. The distinctive 60-meter-high office tower is characterised by its prominent location along the Savska Cesta in the southwest of the Central Business District.

Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager, has acquired the 10,000 sqm office building Renaissance Plaza in the most dynamically growing area of the Polish capital from REInvest Asset Management, a Luxembourg-based asset and fund manager. The 7-storey, Class B+ office building is fully leased to Orange Polska S.A.

In one of the largest industrial & logistic land transactions to date in 2019, Afin Holding acquired Aries Logistic Park in Turda, located near Cluj-Napoca for an undisclosed amount. The project, only partially developed, includes almost 60 hectares of land available for further development. Colliers International was the real estate agent on this transaction whilst Moroianu & Associatii acted as legal advisor to the buyer side.
