Romanian developer Iulius will start this month a remodelling of its mixed-use project Palas Iași, based on a concept by architecture firm Foster + Partners.

Martley Capital has completed the sale of Mazovia Plaza, an office building located in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. The buyer and the price have not been revealed.

Focus Estate Fund has acquired three shopping centers in Poland. The assets' total Gross Leasable Area (GLA) is approximately 46,000 sqm. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. 

Shares in real estate company GTC were down 8% to PLN 3.99 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since March 19, while the yield on its euro-denominated bond rose to 13% following financial issues related to its parent company, Optima Befektetesi Zrt.

German group ECE has abandoned plans to sell the Brno shopping centre Galerie Vaňkovka, reports E15.cz. 

Greenstone, a private equity fund, has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in the Format office building from Torus, becoming the sole owner of the property. This follows Greenstone's initial purchase of an 80% stake in Format in May 2024. Just like in the first transaction, the seller was supported in this process by Cushman & Wakefield. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. 

Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe – a company specialising in the investment and management of logistics and industrial properties - for €59 million. 

MLP Group delivered good financial and operational results in 2024, driven by strong warehouse space leasing performance across all its markets. The company reported revenue of PLN 372.4 million (+3% YoY), or €86.5 million (+9% YoY).

The Private Rented Sector (PRS) market in Poland has experienced a decade of growth. However, the institutional rental sector is still in its early stages, with the first transaction completed in 2014. The state-owned Fundusz Mieszkań na Wynajem was a pioneer in the market, acquiring the first residential building in Poznań and commencing operations in 2015. THR, the public company controlled by Transilvania Investments Alliance, has sold the Balada Hotel, in Saturn resort, to a Romanian buyer for €6.1 million.
