Arete has completed the disposal of Arete Park Trenčín, a fully leased industrial asset in Slovakia with a total gross leasable area of approximately 5,600 sqm, to Erste Asset Management acting on behalf of Erste Realitná Renta, for an undisclosed purchase price.
The transaction forms part of Arete Industrial's ongoing portfolio optimization strategy and reflects the fund's approach to active asset management, capital recycling and regional portfolio repositioning.
The divested asset represented a single-tenant industrial property with a stable income profile. The project is fully occupied by Linde Material Handling Slovenská republika, with the lease structure providing long-term contractual income visibility and a triple-net framework supporting cash flow characteristics.
The sale confirms continued investor demand for well-let industrial assets. At the same time, it supports the fund's strategy of refining the portfolio and reallocating capital toward markets and assets with stronger forward growth potential.
