Panattoni has begun the construction of a tailor-made manufacturing facility for Maxcess - a provider of products and services for automated web-handling applications for converting lines. The project will allow for the relocation of the existing facility and more than double the employment. It will also serve as the main facility for the company's European operations.

Roughly 280 apartments, but also new amenities. These are the two basic parameters of the R66 multifunctional complex from development company Corwin. The company has built and managed the Guthaus project in its neighbourhood on Račianska Street. Only a few tens of meters towards Rača, it also owns a large area of the former Palma factory, where a new local centre should be built.

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has concluded lease transactions for over 107,000 sqm in the first half of 2023, with most of the demand coming from existing clients.

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Industrial developer CTP has achieved the first BREEAM Outstanding certification for BUW 20-21, with an area of over 100,000 sqm, part of CTPark Bucharest West. 

Hungarian-owned real estate developer Faedra Group has opened its business and industrial park in the Southern part of the capital. The Faedra22 Park, an urban “last-mile” logistics and office facility is fully leased.

Industrial developer Panattoni is buying a huge brownfield on the site of the former Barbora Mine from the current owner Asental. The company intends to build a modern industrial park of hundreds of thousands of square metres on the site of the former coal mining site. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed, Seznamzprávy.cz reports.

UDI Group is finishing the first hall of its new Logistics Centre Přehýšov near the D5 motorway close to Plzeň. A total of three halls with a total area of 130,000 sqm will be built here. The developer plans to invest a total of CZK 3.2 billion (€130.5 million) here.
