CTP has completed a 10.5-year lease for 11,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze in Poland to Electro Cable Group. This is the first investment in Poland by Electro Cable Group, which is the largest Ukrainian producer and exporter of power, control, and data cables.

The retail sector accounted for 58% of the total investment transaction volume that reached €500 million during 2023 in Romania, according to data from iO Partners in collaboration with JLL.

Panattoni has completed the development of a factory in Wronki for Samsung.  With the new manufacturing and warehouse space, the company will increase the production capacity of the already-operational household appliance factory.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €33 million investment loan facility to a SPV, managed by Amesbury. The company is utilising the proceeds for the refinancing of the two business parks near Prague. pbb has acted as the arranger, agent and sole lender under the facility.
