The logistics market has proven to be the most resilient asset class and has seen its importance emerge during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, developers are not standing idly by, they are looking for new horizons, in terms of figures, service quality and creativity. These are some of the conclusions of the panel discussion focusing on the Slovak logistics market at the recently organised Bratislava Property Forum 2024.

Industrial developer WDP has purchased wholesale retail park Expo Market Doraly from ARA Europe and Romanian investor Gheorghe Iaciu for an undisclosed sum.

Faedra Group, acting as developer and general contractor, has successfully sold its new, fully leased greenfield logistics development Faedra22 in Budapest. Throughout the marketing process, a German capital source was selected as the ideal buyer, Colliers reports. Selling Faedra 22 logistics park marks the first sizeable transaction by a foreign buyer in Hungary in 2024 so far.

P3´s hall with an area of 42,331 sqm and an atypical floor plan is capable of accommodating an entire train unit. It is located in Lovosice Cargo, Czech Republic.

Entalpia Europe, a provider of HVAC-R solutions, has become the first tenant of the Hillwood Łazy logistics centre. Entalpia Europe has leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,200 sqm of office space and will commence operations at the facility in Q3 2024.
