A new hall within Arete Park Zdice has been completed and handed over to its tenant, the Czech branch of the logistics service provider Kuehne+Nagel. After the opening of the new building, the total leasable standing area of the park in Zdice has increased by more than 41% to 24,808 sqm.

The hall provides 7,233 sqm of space for a logistics centre, specifically a cross-dock. This increases Kuehne+Nagel’s capacity to offer faster shipment handling and responds to growing customer demand related to logistic services. The tenant has taken over the building and has started using it since June.

This is the third building within ARETE Park Zdice. It has a photovoltaic power plant on the roof and BREEAM certification is in progress. The share of warehouse and distribution space in this park is now 45%, with 55% allocated for manufacturing and production. The park is close to the D5 highway between Exit 22 and Exit 28. 

The total leasable area of the standing and under-construction portfolio of the Arete Industrial fund exceeds 201,000 sqm. The majority of park tenants operate in the logistics and light manufacturing sectors. Most of the fund's portfolio is located in the Czech Republic, with a smaller part in Slovakia.
